Our laboratory

Modern laboratories with specialized testing equipment.

Our laboratory is designed to support the full development cycle of industrial inkjet solutions — from early-stage formulation to application testing under realistic production conditions.

Rather than focusing on isolated measurements, we combine analytical capabilities with hands-on printing experience. This allows us to understand not only material properties, but how they translate into real-world jetting behaviour, substrate interaction and long-term performance.

To ensure reliable and reproducible results, we utilise industry-standard instrumentation across all relevant areas of inkjet development.

Selected Equipment
Our lab is equipped with advanced analytical and application-focused systems, including:

  • Particle size analysis (Malvern Nano-sizer)
  • Surface and wetting characterisation (Krüss)
  • Dropwatcher systems for jetting evaluation
  • Industrial inkjet printheads (e.g. Kyocera, Epson)
  • Colour measurement and profiling systems (X-Rite)
  • Rheological and viscosity measurement systems
  • UV-Vis spectroscopy
  • pH and conductivity measurement
  • Filtration and stability testing setups

Closing Line
This combination of analytical precision and practical inkjet experience enables us to develop solutions that are not only technically sound, but also robust and scalable in real production environments.
